Job summary

CBM Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled facilities administrator to oversee property operations, maintenance planning, and contractor supervision. You will handle work orders, maintenance reports, inquiries, and invoices, ensuring service contracts run smoothly and records are kept.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years MCST experience in residential/commercial development, basic accounting knowledge, strong customer focus and PR skills. Singapore-based role with stakeholder coordination.

• MCST experience in residential or commercial development.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Customer oriented with good PR skills.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work or purchase orders to maintain property operations.
• Submit maintenance and invoices with supporting documents.
• Attend to inquiries, complaints, and correspondence related to administration.
• Supervise contracted works and enforce service contracts.
• Plan preventive and corrective maintenance and periodic checks.
