• Strong property and facilities management knowledge, including building maintenance, vendor coordination, and safety/compliance basics.
• Financial and administrative skills: budgeting, cost control, reporting, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for resident queries, stakeholders, and council meetings.
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities, with multitasking across projects.
• Certified or diploma in property management, facilities management, real estate, or related field; condo management experience in Singapore is a bonus.
• Proficiency with office software and property management systems.
• Professionalism and service orientation; ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of residential condominium developments on-site.
• Coordinate with service providers, contractors, and vendors; monitor standards and safety.
• Prepare budgets, financial reports, and management reports for the MCST.
• Manage resident communications, feedback, disputes, and council meeting support.
• Organize security, cleaning, landscaping, and other services for a safe environment.
• Monitor operations and drive improvement initiatives.
