Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in property management, preferably in the residential condominium sector.
• Conversant in Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act.
• Accredited Strata Manager Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff and service providers.
• Manage budgets, financial records, and service contracts for the condominium.
• Communicate effectively with residents and address their concerns.
