Job summary

CBM Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a diligent property management professional to oversee daily operations of a multi-unit development.

You will prepare work and purchase orders, submit maintenance reports, and handle inquiries related to administration under the Condo Manager. The role requires 2–3 years with a Diploma or 3–4 years with relevant experience, MCST exposure, basic accounting knowledge, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Estate Management or Building Services Engineering is required.
• 2–3 years of work experience with a Diploma preferred; candidates with 3–4 years without a Diploma may apply.
• Basic knowledge of BSM Act and handling of about 1,000 residential units.
• At least 5 years MCST experience in residential or commercial development.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Customer oriented and good public relations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work and purchase orders to maintain the property.
• Submit maintenance reports to the Condo Manager.
• Attend inquiries, complaints and correspondence related to administration.
• Evaluate contractor performance and report to the Condo Manager.
• Enforce and administer service contracts; track expiry.
• Manage inventory of equipment and office supplies.
• Keep records of all work and purchase orders.
• Supervise contracted works and maintain preventive maintenance plans.
• Arrange meetings and prepare required documents for CM.
