OHMYHOME Property Management Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Condominium Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, regulatory compliance, and resident relations for our condominium properties.

You will balance administrative duties, vendor management, and budgeting to maintain safe, well-maintained communities. The role requires 3–5 years in condo/property management, knowledge of BMSMA/HDB regulations, strong communication skills, and proficiency in management software.

Formación

• At least 3–5 years’ experience in condo or property management in Singapore.
• Solid knowledge of BMSMA and HDB/condominium regulations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with budgeting and cost control.
• Familiarity with property management software and MS Office.
• Valid driving licence is advantageous.
• PREMAS certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of condominium properties and facilities.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors, contractors and service providers.
• Respond to resident enquiries and maintenance requests with effective solutions.
• Prepare and monitor property budgets to balance costs and service quality.
• Enforce house rules and safety standards for a harmonious community.
• Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate repairs or upgrades.
• Maintain records and financial statements; liaise with MCST or building committee.
