Job summary

OneSg Holding Pte Ltd is seeking a Building/Property Manager with 2–5 years of condominium management experience and a hospitality/service background. You will handle admin, maintenance, and financial duties, and liaise with residents and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of condominium management experience.
• Hospitality or service-trained.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the overall office administration is always kept in proper orderliness.
• Advise the Corporation on matters regarding the affairs of the Corporation and its property.
• Convene, attend, take minutes of the Council/Sub-committees, all general and extraordinary meetings of the Corporation.
• Deal with inquiries, complaints, correspondence relating to the administration of the corporation, its property, and owners/tenants.
• Carry out maintenance, supervise staff, and manage day-to-day operations of the building to clients’ satisfaction.
