The role requires 2–3 years in condo management, strong regulatory knowledge for Singapore properties, and proficiency with management software and MS Office. PMH certification is desirable for advancement.

• PMH or related certification is desirable.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Condominium Manager to join OHMYHOME Property Management Pte. Ltd. in the Central Region. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of residential condominium properties. As a Condominium Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient property operations, maintaining high standards of facilities management, and fostering positive relationships with residents and stakeholders. This role is integral to our commitment to delivering exceptional property management services and enhancing the quality of life for residents within our managed developments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day operational activities of the condominium, ensuring compliance with management agreements and regulations
• Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance and facilities staff to ensure properties are well-maintained and facilities are functioning optimally
• Manage building systems, including security, parking, waste management, and utilities, ensuring efficient operation and cost-effectiveness
• Handle resident complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, working to resolve issues to maintain resident satisfaction
• Prepare and manage budgets for property operations, monitoring expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings
• Organise and conduct regular inspections of common areas and facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Liaise with contractors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and property improvements
• Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to property management, including resident files, maintenance logs, and financial reports
• Coordinate with the strata council or management committees to implement policies and decisions
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, by-laws, and building codes applicable to residential properties
• Conduct regular training and briefings with staff to maintain high standards of service delivery

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in condominium or residential property management
• Strong knowledge of body corporate management practices and Singapore property regulations
• Demonstrated expertise in facilities management, including maintenance coordination and budget management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively
• Relevant qualifications such as the Professional Manager in Housing (PMH) or similar certifications are highly desirable
• Understanding of financial management and budget preparation
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service
