Savills Property Management Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Condominium Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of a residential estate in Singapore.

You will coordinate service providers, monitor budgets, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and build strong relationships with residents, suppliers and council members.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in property management, with at least two years of relevant experience and proficiency in MS Office.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Property Management or related discipline.
• Relevant certifications in condominium/property management are an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant condominium/property management experience.
• Strong knowledge of estate operations and vendor management.
• Able to build positive relationships with suppliers, residents and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations and overall management of the condominium estate.
• Ensure the estate is well-maintained, safe and compliant with regulations and by-laws.
• Manage service providers, contractors and vendors for quality and timely works.
• Build relationships with suppliers, residents, council members and stakeholders.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules, repairs and preventive maintenance programs.
