Job summary

OHMYHOME Property Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Condominium Manager to oversee daily operations of residential condominiums in the Central Region. You will manage facilities, budgets, and stakeholder relationships to deliver high-quality property services.

The role requires 2–3 years in condo management, strong regulatory knowledge for Singapore properties, and proficiency with management software and MS Office. PMH certification is desirable for advancement.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of condo/residential property management experience.
• Strong knowledge of body corporate management and Singapore regs.
• Facilities and budget management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with property management software and MS Office.
• Organised with attention to detail; able to multitask.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• PMH or related certification is desirable.
• Understanding of financial management and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day condo operations and compliance with agreements.
• Supervise maintenance staff to ensure proper facilities upkeep.
• Manage building systems: security, parking, waste, utilities.
• Address resident concerns promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and monitor budgets; identify cost savings.
• Conduct regular inspections of common areas for safety.
• Coordinate with contractors for maintenance and improvements.
• Maintain accurate property records and financial reports.
• Collaborate with strata council for policies and decisions.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, by-laws, and codes.
• Train staff to maintain high service standards.
