Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building Management, Property Management, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in condominium, property, or facilities management.
• Knowledge of building maintenance and M&E systems.
• Familiarity with BMSMA, MCST procedures, and relevant statutory requirements.
• Ability to manage after-hours emergencies when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day condominium operations and maintenance to ensure property and facilities are well maintained and fully functional.
• Supervise and coordinate site teams including security, cleaning, maintenance, and service providers to deliver quality services.
• Collaborate with contractors and term contractors to schedule and oversee maintenance and repair works, ensuring timely completion.
• Address residents' feedback, enquiries, and complaints, following up to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
• Conduct regular inspections of property, common areas, facilities, and building services to identify maintenance and safety issues.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and corrective actions for mechanical & electrical (M&E) systems, building facilities, and essential services.
• Prepare quotations, work orders, reports, and documentation for management review and approval.
• Monitor service providers' performance to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and quality standards.
• Assist Managing Agent and Management Council with meetings, reports, budgets, procurement, and estate management tasks.
• Ensure condominium compliance with Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA), MCST procedures, relevant statutory requirements, safety standards, and management procedures.
• Respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues and emergencies by coordinating with contractors and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Perform other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned by Managing Agent or Management Council.
