Job summary

ADVANCER IFM PTE. LTD. is seeking a candidate to oversee daily operations of condominium properties in Singapore. You will lead on-site teams, execute maintenance programs, and manage budgets while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. A successful applicant will have 3–5 years of experience in condominium management and demonstrate strong leadership and conflict resolution skills, as well as knowledge of local regulatory frameworks. Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing condominium or Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) operations.
• Strong knowledge of condominium operations and local regulatory frameworks.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively and resolve conflicts.
• Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple stakeholders and operational priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise on-site teams to ensure efficient facility management and service delivery.
• Develop and execute maintenance programs for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Manage operating budgets and produce accurate financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA).
• Prepare detailed reports and management proposals for meetings.
• Oversee vendor contract negotiations and evaluate contractor performance.
• Address residents’ feedback, complaints, and disputes professionally.
• Maintain documentation and manage insurance matters.
• Enforce safety and regulatory compliance, including fire safety protocols.
