Job summary

Advancer Global Facility Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable Building/Facilities Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of a condominium environment in Singapore. You will lead site staff, service providers, and contractors, ensuring compliance with MCST requirements and statutory regulations.

The role includes reviewing contracts and insurance, coordinating meetings such as AGMs, and handling ad hoc duties as they arise. Strong leadership and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Willing to work in a condominium/residential environment.
• Location specified as Toh Tuck.
• Degree or Diploma in Facilities / Building Management or equivalent.
• Experience in MCST environment or MA functions.
• Knowledge of BMSMA and related regulations.
• Mature and independent with ability to lead a team.
• Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure estate/building is effectively managed and well maintained.
• Lead, supervise, plan and coordinate site staff, service providers and contractors.
• Review contracts, agreements and insurance before expiry and advise on renewals or tenders.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements for estate/building.
• Prepare and assist in conducting council meetings, AGM and sub-committees.
• Handle other job-related and ad hoc duties as assigned.
