You will coordinate council and AGM meetings, handle administrative and financial tasks, and supervise a team delivering maintenance, security, and car park services. Responsibilities include reviewing contracts and insurance, coordinating renovations approval, handling resident complaints, and ensuring compliance with applicable acts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the building/condominium.
• Coordinate council and AGM meetings; prepare agendas, minutes and follow-up.
• Supervise maintenance, security, admin and car park staff; ensure service quality.
• Review contracts, renewals, and insurance before expiry.
• Attend to residents' complaints and liaise with contractors on works.
• Lead tendering processes, site tours, and quotation collection with clear specs.
