Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Higher NITEC in Facilities Management and/or Diploma in Integrated Facility Management or equivalent.
• Associates of Strata Manager (ASM) will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrated oral and written communications skills.
• Mature and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily checks and regular inspections with management teams and term contractors to improve and maintain the common property.
• Prepare for council meetings and annual general meetings including agenda, minutes and follow up on instructions.
• Handle administrative tasks including updating authorised signatories for financial operations and renewing contracts, agreements & insurance.
• Receive and attend to complaints by residents and owners on the common property.
• Assist project work: inviting tenders, coordinating site visits, and collecting quotations with specs.
• Supervise project work in common areas and schedule testing for building certificates & licences.
