Ocean IFM Pte Ltd is seeking a diligent administrator to support the Condominium Manager with day-to-day office operations and strict adherence to standard operating procedures. The role involves coordinating tasks to maintain orderly processes across facilities and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Well-versed in Building (Strata Management) Act.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Positive working attitude and good interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Condominium Manager to oversee office administration and ensure operations are in accordance with SOPs and handbook.
• Conduct routine inspections on building services, equipment and facilities.
• Ensure all service providers perform in accordance with contract specifications.
• Attend to emergency service breakdowns when required.
• Handle enquiries and feedback from residents/tenants.
• Ensure contracts, insurance policies, certificates, and licenses are renewed before expiry.
• Coordinate and attend Council Meetings and AGMs, including notices, agendas and minutes.
• Manage records and filing systems for correspondence and documents.
• Monitor payments and follow up on arrears recovery.
• Liaise with solicitors regarding arrears recovery and related matters.
