Job summary

Advancer Ifm in Singapore is seeking a diligent Condominium Operations Manager to lead daily property management and maintenance, ensuring facilities function reliably and safety standards are met. You will supervise site teams and contractors, address resident feedback, perform regular inspections, coordinate M&E maintenance, and prepare reports for management.

The role requires a Diploma in Building Management or related field and at least 3 years’ experience in condominium or facilities

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building maintenance and M&E (mechanical & electrical) systems.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in condominium, property, or facilities management.
• Familiarity with BMSMA, MCST procedures, and relevant statutory requirements.
• Ability to manage after-hours emergencies when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day condominium operations and maintenance to ensure property and facilities are well maintained and fully functional
• Supervise and coordinate site teams including security, cleaning, maintenance, and service providers to deliver quality services
• Collaborate with contractors and term contractors to schedule and oversee maintenance and repair works, ensuring timely completion
• Address residents' feedback, enquiries, and complaints, following up to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution
• Conduct regular inspections of property, common areas, facilities, and building services to identify maintenance and safety issues
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and corrective actions for M&E systems, building facilities, and essential services
• Prepare quotations, work orders, reports, and documentation for management review and approval
• Monitor service providers’ performance to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and quality standards
• Assist Managing Agent and Management Council with meetings, reports, budgets, procurement, and estate management tasks
• Ensure condominium compliance with Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA), MCST procedures, relevant statutory requirements, safety standards, and management procedures
• Respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues and emergencies by coordinating with contractors and stakeholders
• Manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
• Perform other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned by Managing Agent or Management Council
