Location: Singapore

Key Responsibilities

• Provide front desk and concierge services in a professional and courteous manner
• Handle resident enquiries, requests, and feedback efficiently
• Assist with booking of facilities (e.g. function rooms, BBQ pits, tennis courts)
• Manage visitor access, deliveries, and resident registrations
• Monitor and maintain the presentation of common areas
• Support residents with general requests and coordination needs
• Ensure adherence to condominium rules, safety procedures, and protocols
• Maintain accurate logs, records, and daily reports
• Escalate issues or incidents appropriately

Requirements

• Prior experience in concierge, hospitality, or customer service preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Presentable, professional, and service-oriented
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Basic proficiency in digital tools and communication systems
