Job summary

Raffles Quay Asset Management Pte Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Customer Experience Executive to support the Chief Concierge and ensure top-tier service for tenants and visitors across our premium properties in Singapore.

You will lead by example, coach frontline colleagues, and ensure SOPs and service standards are followed. Collaborate with Building Management and Vendors to deliver warm, sophisticated lobby experiences and maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of frontline concierge, hospitality or service experience.
• Experience leading and coaching team members.
• Strong interpersonal skills and service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the Chief Concierge to ensure high-quality service for tenants and guests.
• Model and guide SOPs, security protocols and service standards.
• Lead lobby presence, grooming, and counter etiquette across the team.
• Identify gaps, escalate issues, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Assist in manpower planning and training for the Concierge team.
• Assist in procurement/admin tasks and ensure supplies are stocked.
