Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive Concierge/Receptionist to warmly welcome residents and visitors and coordinate personalised services across the property.

You will assist with daily errands, lifestyle requests, and ad hoc arrangements, coordinate reservations, transportation, appointments, dining, and events, while providing facility information and guest support. Maintain records and handle enquiries with a courteous, professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and visitors warmly and provide personalised concierge and butler services.
• Assist residents with daily errands, lifestyle requests, and ad hoc arrangements.
• Coordinate reservations, transportation, appointments, dining arrangements, and other resident requests.
• Provide information on property facilities, amenities, nearby attractions, and available services.
• Handle enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to fulfil residents’ needs.
• Maintain updated records of residents’ preferences and provide personalised services accordingly.
• Assist with organising resident activities, community events, and festive celebrations.
• Manage visitor registration and access control procedures.
• Maintain a neat, organised, and welcoming reception and lobby area.
• Ensure smooth daily operations through proper record-keeping and shift handovers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
