This role is to support the organization in managing privacy, data protection, and compliance matters across the business. This role plays a key part in ensuring adherence to applicable data protection laws and internal compliance frameworks.

Requirements
  • Degree in Law, Compliance, Risk Management, or a related discipline
  • Strong knowledge of personal data protection laws, regulations, principles, and best practices within the region
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience in data protection, compliance, or legal support roles
Responsibilities
  • Monitor, interpret, and advise on data protection and privacy laws relevant to the business
  • Develop, implement, and maintain data protection policies, frameworks, and SOPs, including data breach response and regional incident reporting procedures
  • Conduct regular privacy risk assessments, data mapping, and gap analyses
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, updating, and implementing compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Support the rollout and delivery of compliance and data protection training programs for employees
  • Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and internal policies
  • Provide support on legal and regulatory matters as required
  • Support budgeting, invoice processing, and general compliance-related administrative tasks
