About the role

As the Assistant/Manager for Compensation, Benefits and Payroll, you will play a pivotal role in designing and managing competitive remuneration and benefits frameworks that support the organization’s talent attraction and retention strategies. You will lead the annual C&B budgeting process, oversee relationships with outsourced payroll vendors, and ensure operational efficiency through accurate and timely payroll management. This role also involves spearheading C&B integration projects for new acquisitions, aligning policies and processes to group standards, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. You will be a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support workforce planning and organizational growth.

What we’ll like to see in you

You will bring 5–8 years of proven experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably within complex and fast-paced environments. Your expertise in managing outsourced payroll vendors, strong understanding of Singapore’s employment laws and statutory requirements, and track record in annual C&B budgeting will be key to success in this role. You should have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, be proficient in HRIS and vendor management systems, and possess strong stakeholder management skills. High levels of integrity, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality are essential.
