Job summary

AlwaysHired Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager in Singapore to drive growth in the interior design/commercial office fit-out sector. You will identify new opportunities, nurture client relationships, and support strategic growth initiatives with the Director.

Responsibilities include securing meetings, delivering compelling presentations, preparing proposals and budgets, and coordinating with design teams to tailor solutions.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new business leads through marketing strategies and networking.
• Secure meetings with clients or consultants and present the company’s offerings.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and budgets independently.
• Coordinate with technical and design teams to deliver tailored proposals meeting client requirements.
• Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and events.
• Manage the full tender process: sourcing, costing, pricing strategies, and timely submissions.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of quotations or tenders per timelines.
