Job summary

You will spearhead outreach and tailor solutions for potential clients, while coordinating tenders with management and CRM systems. The role requires a degree in marketing or related field and at least 5 years in sales or BD with interior design experience, plus strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development with compulsory interior design/furniture/construction experience.
• Diploma/Degree in Marketing or related discipline.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute the business development strategy and close deals through networking, lead tracking, and outreach to client groups.
• Deliver sales presentations and tailored solutions supporting the marketing strategy.
• Manage tender and EOI processes with management, stakeholders, and the CRM.
• Build and maintain relationships with new, existing, and former clients.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, trends, and upcoming projects.
• Negotiate with clients to drive revenue and profit growth.
• Collaborate with Global Business Development on cross-regional opportunities.
• Attend management and weekly sales meetings and work toward targets.
