Job summary

RRecruiter in Singapore is seeking a Business Development Manager for Commercial Design & Build in Aljunied. This onsite role runs Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and offers commission-based earnings.

You will proactively hunt for new business, qualify opportunities, and coordinate proposals with internal teams. Build strong client networks with developers, consultants, and contractors, while negotiating deals and closing sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales/BD experience in interior design, fit-out, construction, or renovation.
• Ability to independently generate leads and handle cold outreach.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and proficient in MS Office.
