alwayshired pte. ltd. is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager in Singapore to identify new opportunities, nurture client relationships, and support strategic growth initiatives alongside the Director.

You will lead meetings, deliver compelling presentations, prepare proposals and budgets, and coordinate with design/technical teams to tailor solutions for clients. The role involves managing tenders and representing the company at events.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably within the Interior Design, Construction, or Property industry.
Strong communication and presentation skills with a client-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify and pursue new business leads through marketing strategies and networking.
Secure meetings with clients or consultants and present the company's products and services.
Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and budgets.
Coordinate with technical and design teams to tailor proposals to client needs.
Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and events.
Manage the full tender process: sourcing, costing, pricing strategies and submissions.
Ensure timely preparation of quotations or tenders in line with timelines.
