You will prepare proposals, coordinate with design teams, and represent the company at events, guiding tenders from sourcing to submission. Strong communication and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in business development or sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new business leads through marketing strategies and networking.
• Secure meetings with clients or consultants and present the company’s products and services.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and budgets independently.
• Coordinate with technical and design teams to deliver tailored proposals.
• Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, conferences and events.
• Manage the full tender process: sourcing, costing, pricing strategies, and submissions.
• Ensure timely preparation of quotations or tenders aligned with timelines.
