Job summary

RRecruiter in Singapore is seeking a Business Development Manager for Commercial Design & Build in Aljunied. This onsite role runs Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and offers commission-based earnings.

You will proactively hunt for new business, qualify opportunities, and coordinate proposals with internal teams. Build strong client networks with developers, consultants, and contractors, while negotiating deals and closing sales.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of sales/BD experience in interior design, fit-out, construction, or renovation.
Ability to independently generate leads and handle cold outreach.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

Proactively hunt for new business opportunities and build a solid sales pipeline within the interior design and fit-out market.
Conduct cold calling, networking, site visits, and face-to-face client meetings.
Understand client needs, project scopes, budgets, and timelines to coordinate proposals and quotations with internal teams.
Handle deal negotiations, close sales, and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
Track activities via CRM/sales reports and provide market intelligence to management.
