Job summary

A service organization based in Singapore is looking for a Customer Service representative for the Command Centre. This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls, recording incidents, and monitoring operational systems in HDB car parks. The candidate should be proactive in ensuring systems are functioning correctly and responding to work requests. The role offers a salary of $2100 plus allowances and requires a commitment to working four days on and two days off, from 8am to 8pm.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and enquiries from Public, EMSU, HDB/Commercial Operations.
  • Record feedback and incidents reported to Command Centre.
  • Monitor the smooth running of automated car parks.
  • Escalate abnormalities and errors to Operations/Technical Team.
  • Ensure the HDB Server PCs and related equipment are working correctly.
  • Process work requests from HDB and other Authorities promptly.
  • Monitor working KPIs for HDB car parks and send reminders.
  • Prepare and submit Daily Report and Feedback Report.

Working hours: 4 days ON & 2 days OFF, 8am - 8pm

Salary: $2100 + Allowance + OT + AWS + VB

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls including feedback and enquiry from Public, EMSU, HDB/Commercial Operations and Technical Team.
  • Record all feedback and incidents reported to Command Centre onto the Daily Report.
  • Check and monitor the smooth running of all automated car parks.
  • Escalate abnormalities and system error detected to Operations/Technical Team.
  • Monitor and ensure the HDB Server PCs, EHT Host and CEPAS Settlement PC are in good working condition at all times.
  • Check incoming email regularly and promptly process the work requests from HDB and other Authorities.
  • Check and monitor the working KPIs for HDB car parks and send reminder to HDB Operations Team before the cut off time.
  • Prepare and submit CC Daily Report and HDB Feedback Report daily.
