Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise systems in the banking domain with a focus on private banking/wealth management
• Strong understanding of CRM/Client Life Cycle Mgmt platforms and their integration into enterprise ecosystems
• Proficiency in Client & Partner Management Business Process Management BPM Workflow
• Automation Account Opening Periodic Reviews and KYC processes
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements from MAS Singapore and HKMA Hong Kong
• Knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman
• Proficiency in modern web technologies and enterprise platforms such as Java EE Spring Boot and databases like Oracle MySQL and PostgreSQL
• Experience with integration technologies like API, File Transfer, IBM MQ, IBM Integration Bus and event streaming platforms like Confluent Kafka
• Domain knowledge in Financial or Capital Markets is essential
• Understanding of data policies and standards to align with business and technology goals is a plus
• Experience in implementing cloud-native applications and DevOps principles
