Job description
Doctor Support and Patient Care

At Cutis Medical Laser Clinics, patient care is grounded in safety, ethics, and precision. We are seeking a high-calibre Clinical Care Specialist to work closely with our doctors during injectable and medical aesthetic treatments, while also supporting patients through thoughtful, informed conversations about their concerns and care journey.

This is not a routine support role. It is a clinical position for someone who values high standards, works calmly under pressure, and takes pride in both technical excellence and human connection.

The Role

You will be a core member of the medical team, assisting doctors hands‑on during procedures such as fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and other medical aesthetic procedures. You will also play an important role in patient communication, helping patients feel heard, informed, and confident, while respecting clear medical boundaries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage treatment rooms for injectable and medical procedures, maintaining strict aseptic technique and safety standards
  • Assist doctors hands‑on during fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and other medical aesthetic procedures
  • Support clinical workflows including photography, consent processes, treatment preparation, and aftercare coordination
  • Engage patients in meaningful, medically appropriate conversations about their concerns and treatment pathways, without overpromising or providing medical advice
  • Reinforce treatment plans discussed by the doctor and support patients in understanding next steps, timelines, and aftercare
  • Ensure accurate documentation, follow‑ups, and handovers to the front desk and care team
  • Contribute to a calm, professional, and premium patient experience, even during busy clinics
Who We Are Looking For
  • Prior experience in a clinical or procedural environment, such as medical aesthetics, dermatology, surgery, dentistry, or a comparable setting
  • Strong understanding of hygiene, aseptic technique, and patient safety
  • Confident and empathetic communicator who is comfortable speaking with patients and explaining concepts clearly and responsibly
  • Detail‑oriented with strong documentation and follow‑up habits
  • Team‑focused, coachable, and respectful of medical boundaries and protocols
  • Comfortable working in a high‑standard, protocol‑driven clinic where consistency matters
What Will Set You Apart
  • Experience assisting in injectable or procedural treatments
  • Ability to anticipate clinical needs and support doctors seamlessly during treatments
  • A calm, professional presence that reassures patients
  • Pride in doing things properly rather than quickly
What We Offer
  • Work alongside an experienced medical team in a premium, ethics‑driven clinic
  • Structured onboarding, training, and clear clinical standards
  • Ongoing exposure to advanced medical aesthetic treatments and continuous learning
  • A supportive environment where quality, safety, and patient trust come first
Compensation
  • Monthly salary: SGD 3,500 to 4,500, commensurate with experience and clinical competency
  • Bonuses: Monthly, quarterly, and annual performance bonuses
  • Additional incentives: Based on contribution to patient care quality, team performance, and clinic standards

This role is positioned as a long‑term clinical career track within our medical team, not a short‑term support position.
