Job summary

Healthway Integrative Medicine Pte Ltd seeks patient-focused clinic assistants to support multiple TCM clinics. You will greet patients, handle front-desk tasks, register appointments, collect payments, and maintain tidy premises while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities include assisting physicians, preparing treatment rooms, processing insurance/corporate claims, and updating patient records, with deployment across Hougang, Aljunied, Ang Mo Kio, and Jurong West as needed.

Qualifications

Job description

We are seeking service-oriented and committed individuals to join our TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) clinics. Our clinic assistants play a critical role in delivering quality care and services to our patients and ensuring the smooth running of daily clinic operations. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with patients and has the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform receptionist duties (e.g. attend to phone calls/visitors).

• Upkeep clinic facilities/premise, including ensure overall cleanliness of clinic.

• Attend to patients and perform front-desk duties such as patient registration, appointments
  billing/payment collection, attend to enquiries, etc.

• Perform administrative duties such as TCM-related insurance/corporate scheme claims, maintain filing system, maintain accurate patient/clinical data records, accounts settlement, maintain clinic supplies, stock taking, etc

• Assist physicians in preparing treatment rooms for consultation, acupuncture, tuina, or herbal medicine dispensing.

• Comply with clinic procedures in adherence to MOH and TCM regulatory guidelines.

• Any other tasks as directed by the operations manager and/or Physicians

Requirements

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to speak Mandarin to handle mandarin-speaking patients and read medicine labels in chinese

• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, clinic management systems)

• Customer service mindset

• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in healthcare or customer service setting will be an advantage

• Able to work full-day (8 hours) shifts across Monday to Sunday, for 44 hours per week.

• Comfortable with deployment among 2 or more clinic locations (including Hougang, Aljunied, Ang Mo Kio, Jurong West) when required
