• At least 2 – 3 years’ clinic operations experience.
• Experience managing healthcare frontline staff in a clinic/hospital setting is a strong advantage.
• Willing to commit to a 5.5 days work week.

Responsibilities

• Support the Polyclinic Manager in overseeing daily clinic operations.
• Drive and support the implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Manage administrative functions including staff scheduling and patient flow.
• Lead and implement process improvements for operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on manpower planning and training.
