Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in healthcare management, business administration, operations management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations.
• Willing to commit to a 5.5-day work week.
• Proven leadership and staff-management experience.
• Strong knowledge of clinic workflows and patient service.
• Familiar with healthcare regulations and infection-control standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily polyclinic operations ensuring smooth patient flow.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures and workflows.
• Monitor performance, patient experience, and KPIs.
• Manage staffing, rostering, manpower planning and resources.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses and admin staff to resolve issues.
• Handle budgets for supplies and equipment.
• Support quality improvement, audits and accreditation.
• Address patient feedback and service recovery.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waiting times.
