Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years clinic operations experience in healthcare setting.
• Experience in managing healthcare frontline staff is a strong advantage.
• Willing to commit to 5.5 days work week in west side polyclinics.

Responsibilities

• Support the Polyclinic Manager in daily clinic operations and service delivery.
• Drive implementation of strategic initiatives (Healthier SG, Social Prescribing, Age Well SG) to improve care.
• Manage administrative functions including staff scheduling, patient flow, inventory, and facilities.
• Lead process improvements to boost operational efficiency and patient experience.
• Collaborate with polyclinics and HQ on manpower planning, training, digital transformation, policy updates.
