ETERN MEDICAL GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a Clinic Operations Supervisor to assist the Executive and Manager in supervising clinic assistants and ensuring smooth daily operations. You will help manage rosters, handle payments, liaise with labs, and support nurses on training and policy adherence.

The role requires a Diploma in healthcare and at least 2 years in clinic operations, with strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills for a busy clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in healthcare with at least 2 years in clinic operations.
• Experience as clinic assistant or nurse is welcomed.
• Experience in healthcare operations/admin is a plus.
• Strong people management and communication skills.
• Able to multitask, work under pressure, and long hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing locum doctors and ensure monthly staff and doctor roster is uploaded on time.
• Assist in finding emergency cover when staff are on urgent or medical leave.
• Process staff timesheets and locum timesheets.
• Follow up on patients' complex cases to ensure timely requests handling.
• Assist in handling difficult customers and report to the Executive/Manager.
• Ensure proper collection of payments and daily sales closing.
• Liaise with external labs and MCOs on simple admin matters.
• Check month-end MCO invoices and ensure staff complete tasks monthly.
• Oversee monthly inventory and medical supplies and report drug patterns to the doctor.
• Supervise clinic facilities, cleaning and infection control.
• Provide feedback on staff performance and development milestones.
