Responsibilities

• Support the management team in coordinating and planning daily clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery.
• Optimize manpower and resource utilisation to achieve operational efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.
• Oversee administrative functions including staff scheduling, patient flow management, inventory control, and facility operations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Drive and support the implementation of new healthcare initiatives, programmes, and service improvements.
• Participate in planning and executing strategies to enhance work processes, service quality, and operational performance.
• Contribute to cross‑functional projects such as manpower planning, staff training and development, digital transformation, workflow optimisation, and new facility development.
• Support emergency planning and operational readiness initiatives.
• Promote a culture of service excellence, continuous improvement, and patient‑centred care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (clinical, nursing, allied health, diagnostics, and support services) to ensure seamless patient care
• Drive and support the implementation of new healthcare initiatives, programmes, and service improvements
• Participate in planning and executing strategies to enhance work processes, service quality, and operational performance
• Contribute to cross‑functional projects such as manpower planning, staff training and development, digital transformation, workflow optimisation, and new facility development

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• Min. 2-3 years experience in handling daily clinic operations in a supervisory role
