Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in healthcare operations.
• Willing to commit to 5.5 days work week.
• Proven experience in team leadership, staff management and operational planning.
• Strong understanding of clinic workflows, patient service and healthcare compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the polyclinic, ensuring smooth patient flow and service delivery.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures and workflow improvements.
• Monitor performance, productivity, patient experience and key indicators.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing, safety and infection-control standards.
• Manage staffing, rostering, manpower planning and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, allied health staff and admin to resolve issues.
• Monitor expenses, supplies, equipment and budgets.
• Handle patient feedback and service recovery professionally.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce waiting times.
• Support audits, quality improvement initiatives and accreditation requirements.
• Coordinate with external vendors and healthcare partners as needed.
