Job summary

EnviroDynamics Solutions Pte Ltd in Singapore invites an experienced clinic operations supervisor to support daily workflows at the West side polyclinics. You will partner with the Polyclinic Manager to optimise manpower, cost efficiency and seamless service delivery.

• Willing to commit to 5.5 days work week in west side polyclinics.

• Support the Polyclinic Manager in daily clinic operations and service delivery.
• Drive implementation of strategic initiatives (Healthier SG, Social Prescribing, Age Well SG) to improve care.
• Manage administrative functions including staff scheduling, patient flow, inventory, and facilities.
• Lead process improvements to boost operational efficiency and patient experience.
• Collaborate with polyclinics and HQ on manpower planning, training, digital transformation, policy updates.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Polyclinic Manager in overseeing daily clinic operations, ensuring optimal manpower utilization, cost efficiency, and smooth service delivery.

• Drive and support the implementation of strategic initiatives (e.g., Healthier SG, Social Prescribing, Age Well SG) to enhance care delivery and service excellence.

• Manage administrative functions including staff scheduling, patient flow, inventory control, and facility operations.

• Lead and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and patient experience.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across polyclinics and HQ on manpower planning, training and development, digital transformation, policy and workflow enhancements, new clinic development, and emergency preparedness.

Requirements:

• At least 2 - 3 years clinic operations experience. Experience in managing healthcare frontline staff in any clinic/hospital setting will be a strong advantage
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Willing to commit to 5.5 days work week in west side polyclinics
