A healthcare startup in Singapore is seeking an Operations Executive to streamline clinic operations across multiple locations. The role requires familiarity with clinic setup and experience in clinical operations, including collaboration with suppliers and contractors. You will directly support the Clinic Operations Manager and work towards standardizing processes across clinics, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

Job description

• We are a startup chain of clinics with 4 existing clinics and 1 Medical Centre.
• This position requires you to be familiar with clinic setup and processes. The OE will work closely with the Clinic Operations Manager and also report directly to the CMO / COO.
• The OE is expected to move around to the various clinics to assist with the operations.
• This position requires prior experience in clinical operations in terms of communicating effectively with renovation contractors/ medicine suppliers and equipment suppliers.
• The OE will also work closely with the Clinic Manager to ensure standardization across all clinics.
• Prior experience in healthcare related operations would be an added advantage.
