About the Role

• Assist in clinic operations such as patient registration triage and preparation
• Perform basic clinical procedures (e.g. Height and weight measurements Vital signs monitoring Blood taking and specimen handling ECG and treadmill tests Vaccination and health screening support etc.)
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of medical records
• Uphold infection control and safety standards within the clinic
• Handle appointment booking and billing transactions
• Respond to phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally

What We Are Looking For
