Job summary

SIN KANG TCM CLINIC PTE. LTD. is hiring for a full-time frontline customer service role across multiple Singapore locations.

You will greet clients, handle enquiries by phone, schedule appointments, and support retail operations in a friendly, bilingual English-Chinese environment. Responsibilities include processing invoices, handling payments, dispensing medication, maintaining inventory, basic housekeeping, promoting promotions, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least Secondary School / 'O' level or equivalent.
• Basic IT knowledge.
• Pleasant personality, cooperative and work well with co-workers.
• Proficiency both in Chinese and English is a must, to handle Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Willing to work retail hours, weekends & public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and friendly frontline customer service
• Attend to enquiry via phone calls
• Schedule patient’s appointment
• Process invoice and payment collections
• Dispense medication and maintaining inventory levels
• Basic housekeeping to maintain the cleanliness of the clinic
• Handle enquiries on promotions and leading customers to products
• To perform other duties as assigned
