The role involves chaperone duties, handling emails/phone enquiries, collecting payments, and performing basic admin tasks. Training will be provided; start immediately on short notice is possible.

Qualifications

  • Minimum N/O/A Levels or Diploma is encouraged.

Responsabilités

  • Provide frontline customer service and handle registrations and appointments.
  • Coordinate with practitioners and nurses to ensure patient care.
  • Provide chaperone assistance to doctors/nurses.
  • Attend to emails and phone enquiries.
  • Collect payments and perform basic admin duties.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
