Healthway Medical Enterprises invites applications for a clinic receptionist role in Singapore. You will manage front desk operations, handle patient registrations and appointments, answer phones, assist doctors, and maintain a welcoming clinic environment.

The role includes dispensing medications, processing TPA/Medisave/Insurance claims, and supporting the Clinic Manager to ensure smooth clinic performance. Strong teamwork and patient service focus are essential.

Formación

• Diploma or equivalent educational background required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Motivated, independent and adaptable to change.
• PC/computer literacy; able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Good customer service orientation and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Handle front desk: registrations, appointments, phone calls, and assist doctors.
• Dispense medications as needed and manage stock.
• Manage claims and documentation (TPA, Medisave, Insurance).
• Assist Clinic Manager with clinic performance with Operations support.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and presentable appearance.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients.
• Oversee inventory standards for meds, supplies and equipment.
