Job summary

Thomson Medical Pte Ltd is seeking a frontline healthcare customer service professional for a clinic setting in Singapore. The role involves registering patients, scheduling, processing payments, and addressing queries via phone, email or walk-ins.

You will maintain hygiene across the counter and treatment areas, dispense medicines per prescriptions, and ensure accurate documentation. The position requires teamwork, leadership skills and willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in a customer service role, preferably in healthcare
• Ability to communicate in English via online, phone and walk-ins
• Pleasant personality and service oriented
• Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
• Team player
• 5 days work week by roster, including weekends
• Candidate must be willing and able to work on rotating shifts

Responsibilities

• Register patients, make appointments, collect payments and attend to patient queries (phone, email or walk-in)
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of counter, dispensary room, treatment zone and common areas
• Dispense medicine in an accurate and timely manner, according to TCM physician’s prescription
• Account for medicine dispensed according to SOP
• Work with Clinic Coordinator to spearhead operations within the clinic
• Deliver quality, safe and cost-effective service to patients and TCM physicians
• Submit weekly and monthly reports as required by HOD.
