Job summary

National Skin Centre (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a customer-focused professional to manage counter services at the clinic. You will handle patient enquiries, assist with check-in and billing, and support doctors with patient management.

You will ensure proper document scanning and filing, provide financial counselling to selected patients, and help maintain cashier stocks and clinic supplies while monitoring queues to improve service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of frontline customer service experience is required.
• Cashiering experience is advantageous.
• GCE O level or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee smooth running of counter services.
• Attend to patients' enquiries, provide directions and clarifications.
• Assist in check-in and billing of patients accurately.
• Assist with doctors' requests related to patient management.
• Ensure patients' documents are scanned and filed securely.
• Provide financial counselling to selected patients.
• Monitor stocks at cashier counter and stationeries.
• Monitor clinic queue and waiting time; assist with service recovery.
