Job summary

IHH Healthcare Bhd is seeking a Clinic Assistant to perform frontline duties in our Singapore clinics. You will attend to walk-in patients, register, schedule appointments, process billing and dispense medications, while supporting doctors as needed.

You will maintain accurate patient records and inventory, assist in claims submissions (TPA/Medisave), ensure a clean, welcoming clinic environment, and cover other clinics during manpower shortages.

Qualifications

• Possess relevant frontline customer service experience.
• Experience in healthcare industry an added advantage.
• Basic IT knowledge and computer literacy.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to commit staggered working hours according to clinic hours.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in patients, registrations, and appointment scheduling.
• Process billing, payments, and claims; dispense medications.
• Support doctors with chaperon duties and patient explanations.
• Maintain patient records and drug inventory.
• Assist in submission of medical reports and claims (TPA, CHAS, Medisave).
• Ensure clinic cleanliness and positive patient experience.
• Provide coverage at other clinics when needed.
• Participate in daily clinic operations and data collection.
