Job summary

VLIFE (USQ) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our clinic. You will greet patients, manage front desk operations, and guide them through registration and consultation processes.

In this role, you will handle appointment scheduling, coordinate patient flow, and respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and walk-ins. You’ll maintain records and protect patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Healthcare or Business Administration.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Willingness to support neighbouring clinics and work shifts including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to patients, visitors, and walk-ins in a warm, professional manner.
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, resumptions, and cancellations.
• Register patients and maintain accurate records with confidentiality.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins, and explain services and promotions.
• Coordinate patient flow to minimize waiting time and ensure smooth operations.
