Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is hiring a clinic front desk staff to register patients, manage appointments, and provide courteous service at our Singapore clinic. The role covers cashiering, handling payments, answering patient inquiries, and explaining treatment procedures before visits.

The position offers a 3-month contract with potential for permanency and requires strong customer service experience. Working hours follow a Monday–Friday schedule with Saturday mornings; Sundays and public holidays

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience required.
• Prior clinic, hospitality, or customer service experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and manage appointments

• Attend to patient enquiries and feedback
• Explain treatment procedures before appointments
• Provide excellent customer service and patient care
