Job summary

VLIFE (TP) PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to manage front desk duties, patient registrations, and appointment coordination in a busy clinic setting.

You will handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person, explain services and promotions, and ensure a positive patient experience while maintaining confidentiality and accurate records. Weekend and evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations or clinic management.
• GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in Healthcare or Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Willingness to support neighbouring clinics through cross-deployment when required.
• Able to work shifts, including weekends and evenings when required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to patients, visitors, and walk-ins in a warm, professional manner.
• Ensure patients are guided through the registration and consultation process smoothly.
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations efficiently.
• Coordinate patient flow to minimise waiting time and ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Follow up with patients on upcoming appointments, treatment plans, and wellness programs as needed.
• Register patients accurately and maintain documentation of patient records.
• Handle data entry and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Respond to patient enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins; explain clinic services and promotions.
• Address patient concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
