Qualifications

• Passion for healthcare, sports science, wellness, or related fields.
• Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn in a hands-on environment.
• Friendly and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Genuine enjoyment in meeting and helping people.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask effectively.
• Strong work ethic with a positive and professional attitude.
• Comfortable working on a retail shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients with warmth and professionalism, creating a friendly and approachable clinic environment
• Assist chiropractors during patient evaluations, including health history intake, spinal palpation, range of motion testing, and postural assessments
• Help patients feel comfortable and supported before treatments to ensure a smooth and positive experience
• Provide clear and helpful explanations of chiropractic procedures and wellness care, answering basic patient questions where appropriate
• Deliver excellent customer service by handling patient inquiries and supporting daily clinic operations
• Communicate the clinic’s services and wellness programs effectively to help patients make informed decisions about their care
• Support the team with other ad-hoc duties as required
